2022 North Suburban Reassessment Report

In 2022, properties in the north suburbs of Cook County were reassessed by the Cook County Assessor's Office. As detailed in the letter from Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi, this report describes the effect of the reassessment and appeals, including a summary of changes within each of the 13 north suburban townships.
