Raymond leads the Residential Valuation’s team at the Assessor’s Office.  He is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a degree in Geography.  Prior to the Cook County Assessor’s Office, he was part of the Cook County Clerk’s Office for 18 years.  His work was primarily focused on GIS, Managing the Tax Map Department, and election work.  He is a member of IAAO and ILGISA.
