As a dynamic, results-oriented commercial real estate professional, Ms. Terzic has been involved in commercial real estate for over three decades on both a regional and national level. Ms. Terzic is the Director of Special Properties for the Cook County Assessor’s Office and is responsible for the assessment of complex income-producing properties from hotels to mixed-use developments. In addition, she is an adjunct instructor at DePaul University and Northwestern University.
