Erik brings to bear his experiences as an Eagle Scout, Army veteran, and proud South Sider to serve the residents of Cook County. His work in the Assessor’s Office is centered on community outreach, intergovernmental affairs, and property tax legislation. As Chief of Staff to two consecutive ward alders, Erik advised on strategic communications, public policy and legislation, housing, infrastructure, development, education, and environmental matters.
