Tia has worked in the Assessor’s office for more than thirty years. She has years of experience in Property Valuation/Mass Appraisal along with a wealth of knowledge of the entire assessment cycle.  Tia has held various managerial positions within the office.  As Chief of Staff of Valuations, Tia is responsible for coordinating the annual valuations department assessment cycle, facilitating the annual assessment calendar, and appeal deadlines, and overseeing valuations staff.
