Howard has worked for the Assessor’s office for over 30 years. He has gained vast knowledge of the office while working as an analyst in the Residential, Industrial Commercial, Incentives and Tech Review departments. As Director of Appeals, Howard is responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of the internal auditing function of the Valuations staff work product. Howard was born and raised in Chicago, and is a lifelong South Sider.
