David Morrison is the Chief Policy Officer with the CCAO. He manages the government relations unit, liaising with public officials and non-governmental organizations. Before he came to the CCAO he worked for the Office of Executive Inspector General for the Agencies of the Illinois Governor, and prior to that, he was a registered lobbyist and non-profit leader for over two decades.
