Nicole specializes in public sector data strategy. She leads the development of dashboards, reports, and other data tools to improve the residential model and guide policymaking about property assessments and taxes. Before joining the CCAO she was a scientist. She managed research teams and projects through data collection, statistical modeling, conference presentations, and journal publications at UC Irvine, U. Iowa, Vanderbilt, and Northwestern. She is an IAAO member, and serves on its PTAPP Task Force.
